The Board of Directors of Tradedoubler Aktiebolag (publ) intends to propose a change of the company’s name. In light of this, the Board has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting, which was previously scheduled to be held on 19 May 2026.
The Annual General Meeting will instead be held on 5 June 2026 at 09:00.
