team
The President and CEO leads the day-to-day management of the company’s affairs pursuant to the Board’s guidelines and directives and is assisted by Group Management, which currently consists of six people. Group Management, also referred to as company management, is composed of the CEO (Chief Executive Officer), CFO (Chief Financial Officer), CPO (Chief Product Officer), CTO (Chief Technology Officer), VP Marketing & Investor Relations, and VP Strategic Business Development.
Matthias Stadelmeyer
CEO since April 2014
Education: Studied Industrial Management and Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich.
Other assignments: Matthias has held several leading positions within Tradedoubler, including Sales Director and Head of TD Technology in Germany, Regional Director for market unit DACH and Vice President Sales. Matthias started his career as Team leader for Online Marketing at CANCOM IT Systeme AG, Munich.

Viktor Wågström
CFO since October 2016
Education: Degree in Finance, Stockholm University.
Other assignments: Viktor joined Tradedoubler in March 2015 as Head of Group Accounting, was appointed Interim CFO in May 2016 and took on the position permanently in October 2016. Prior to that Viktor worked for Cision, an international PR software company and held a number of roles including Group Treasurer and Business Controller.

Victoria Normark
CTO since January 2023
Education: Master of Science in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
Other assignments: Victoria joined NYORDA (Formerly Tradedoubler) in January 2023 as CTO. Prior to that, Victoria was the CTO of Privitar, a company working with software solutions for privacy. Victoria started her career as a Java developer in 2000 and has since held numerous roles as a manager in different positions.

Education: BA in history, from the University of Southampton
Other assignments: Derek joined NYORDA (Formerly Tradedoubler) in September 2019 as Country Manager for the UK & IE. In 2024 he was promoted to VP of Operations and General Manager for the UK, IE and the US. Prior to NYORDA, Derek was Group Sales Director at Webgains.

Other assignments: Chloe joined NYORDA (Formerly Tradedoubler) as VP Marketing & Investor Relations in September 2025, after serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Country Navigator, a global SaaS and EdTech business specialising in cultural intelligence and leadership development. Prior to that, she led marketing for an inclusive fintech, driving brand growth, global go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition. Chloe brings deep expertise in SaaS marketing, brand positioning and scaling high-growth teams to NYORDA.
